Embers began as a simple belief: that the best food comes from real ingredients, real hands, and a real commitment to the people who share your town. Since opening our doors on W Mission Street, we've been kneading, proofing, and baking for Strawberry Point and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Our ovens fire up before dawn so that by the time you walk in, the smell of fresh sourdough and buttery croissants is already waiting for you. We source locally whenever we can, support Iowa farmers, and never cut corners on what goes into our breads, pastries, or pantry staples.
